AIFC Reporting

Submission of the annual report in the Astana International Financial Centre (AIFC) is a mandatory process for companies registered in the AIFC. Companies are required to submit annual financial statements in order to comply with the requirements set by the financial centre regulators and to adhere to international standards.

From the moment of registration, a company is required to submit an annual report for the financial period to the AIFC authority. In the event of company insolvency (bankruptcy) or other applicable grounds, liquidation is carried out compulsorily. The involvement of the AIFC Court is possible.
